During this discovery phase, I want to know everything about you, your business, and your sales. We’ll use my in depth questionnaires and virtual meetings to start to learn about the world I’ll be creating for your brand. There is no information too trivial nor any inspiration too minute. This part of the process is about seeing all of the possibilities.

Now that I know what drives you and your business and your ideal client, I’ll begin researching about your industry and the demographic you want to attract. During this strategy phase, I’ll explore industry standards and aspirational peers to visually center your business in the field.

With your inspiration, drive, and industry goals in mind, I’ll begin drafting your project. During this creation phase, I’ll bring ideas and data to the table, and together we’ll refine them to perfectly capture your vision. At the end of this step in the process, we’ll have created a visual world for your brand to thrive.

Launch boldly.
Finally, it’s time to share your brand’s new visual design with the public, and I’ll be there to support and cheer you on. During this implementation phase, we’ll virtually meet to go over the finer points of your project, talk about how to best use your new design, and set you up for a powerful launch.

You’ll be working with me, Emily. I love working in a one-on-one or focused group to create brand visuals and website designs. To me collaboration means diving deep and intentionally, not resharing information across multiple people in meetings that could have been emails.
CAN WE WORK TOGETHER IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT SERVICES I NEED EXACTLY?
Good design will help tighten the gap between where your business is and where it’s going. So if you know where you want to be, I will be able to recommend what you’ll need after assessing where you are and who your aspirational peers are. We’ll talk through this together during our consultation call.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
I offer payment plans on a case by case basis. Currently a deposit of half of the total of your services is required to hold your place on the calendar. The remaining payment is due prior to your project’s projected completion date. No files will be sent or website launched until you have paid in full.
DO YOU OFFER COPYWRITING, BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY, OR SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION?
I do not. I am happy to recommend incredible creatives, who offer unparalleled copywriting, brand photography, and SEO optimization. If you need these services, I’m happy to send over recommendations after our consultation call.
