1. You can edit a website yourself.
Technically, you can even build a website yourself. A lot of people do that; I would not recommend it. Either have a custom website built for you or purchase a template and have a web designer customize it for you (I offer both of these services). I know you’re thinking, yeah, that doesn’t sound like anything particularly beneficial to me. So let me explain:
Once your website is designed, the backend is going to be so clean and simple that you, yourself, can go in and change photos and copies and links! This is huge! I have so many clients who were talked into a WordPress site by a designer. WordPress is great, but you’re going to pay a designer every time you need something done. Or, you’re going to be stuck paying for a retainer. You need a website that doesn’t intimidate you. Showit will empower you!

I’m sure you’re thinking, “Wait, I thought you said earlier that I don’t have to use WordPress?” Technically, your website is through Showit, and your blog is integrated through WordPress. So, don’t worry, you still won’t need to design anything through that backend.
Having a WordPress blog is ideal. WordPress blogs allow you to prioritize search engine optimization. This is great because for most of us, that’s one of the main reasons we’re even spending all of this time and energy blogging. Once your website is live, you can hop into WordPress to set up and start blogging.
This is a reason I do recommend having a professional either design your website or customize your template. I do all of that set up for you, including creating your blog categories, downloading plugins, and then walking you through the easiest way to write and schedule your blogs.
5. E-Commerce can be easily integrated and scaled.
